WatchNest Privacy Policy

Updated 6 October 2026. This page describes the WatchNest website and its current enquiry and tool features.

Enquiries and support

The enquiry builder prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit that draft to a WatchNest contact database. When you choose WhatsApp or email and send a message, the information you send is available to WatchNest through that service. We use your contact details, country, device information, order reference and description of the issue to reply, confirm service options and handle order or support requests. Do not include payment-card details or passwords in an enquiry.

Calculator inputs

The bandwidth and data-use calculators calculate from inputs on your device. The calculator code does not submit or save those inputs to a WatchNest database. Values entered on the page remain subject to your own browser and device settings.

Speed tests and currency display

The speed test starts only when you press its button and downloads approximately 17 MB from Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives the network information needed to deliver those requests, such as your IP address. The tool does not upload a file and does not save your result in a WatchNest database.

If you choose a display currency different from the base currency, the website requests an exchange rate from Frankfurter. That request includes the currency pair, not your enquiry draft. Displayed conversions are estimates.

Website operation and external websites

The hosting and WordPress systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors. Administrative login and other essential WordPress functions can use cookies. A Google Analytics reporting connection has not been activated for this website at the time of this update.

Links to WhatsApp, external videos, app stores and source documentation open services with their own privacy practices. External video links do not load an embedded video player automatically on our setup guide.

Contact us to ask about information you supplied in a support or order conversation, or to request a correction or deletion. We will identify the relevant records and explain what can be changed and any records still needed to handle the transaction or support request.
